Geraldine Dunn was admitted as an Advocate in 1998 in the Supreme Court in Kimberley. Ms Dunn is passionate about litigating and is a dedicated legal practitioner. She has a keen interest in adjudicating cases. Her formal qualifications include B. Proc LLB graduate. Her role as an arbitrator and state prosecutor equipped her with a thorough ability to analyse and apply the law to the facts without fear or favour and to conduct skilful cross examination. She has served the CCMA for 15 years as a full time and part time commissioner in several provinces.
Geraldine has dealt with complex disciplinary hearings for CEO’s and Executive managers and high profile disputes. She has a consistent clientele which she has established over 15 years. Her experience as an IR manager, a Prosecutor/ initiator and an Adjudicator has vested her with analytical skills to do strategic planning and to deal with risk and compliance. She is a member of SASLAW and Centre for Conflict Resolution.
