Lungile Zondi

Lungile Zondi is a labour relations consultant specialising in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR); with over twenty years of experience in the field. Ms Zondi is a respected Facilitator, Trainer, Arbitrator and Mediator and also chairs Disciplinary Enquiries. She currently sits on the board of the following trusts: Anglo Platinum Kotula Trust, SAB Zenzele Employee Trust, Ponahalo de Beers Community Trust, Quant Education Trust In addition, Lungile chairs the Samancor Ndizani Workers Essop Trust and the GEMS dispute committee. She is a non-executive director of Ponahalo Capita Holdings and Investments. Lungile is a panellist on IMSSA, Tokiso, CCMA and various other bargaining councils. She has an extensive background in management consulting and has worked with large companies across the country; assisting with facilitations, chairing, investigations and training of employees.
