Samantha Phumaphi

Samantha Phumaphi is Barrister (Advocate) of the High Court and Court of Appeal of England and Wales. Samantha has an LLB (Hons) Degree from the University of Sheffield (European, International, and Comparative Law) and a LLM (Masters in Commercial Law) from the University of Cape Town. She has extensively practiced law for over 10 years in various legal areas including commercial, employment, insurance and conflict resolution. Samantha has provided training in these areas to various organisations in both South Africa and England.
Samantha is an accredited CEDR Mediator through Conflict Dynamics and also accredited through the London School of Mediation. Samantha has recently been appointed to the EXCO Board for the Association of Arbitrators (Southern Africa). In addition to being a member of the Tokiso Panel and the Court Aligned Mediation Panel for South Africa, Samantha also provides tuition to trainee meditatiors on behalf of the London School of Mediation and Conflict Dynamics.
